Ingredients for Spicy Sweet Corn Potato Recipe
Sweet corn = one cup boiled
Potato = cut into two boiled pieces
Cumin = one teaspoon
Asafoetida = a pinch
Green chili = 2 finely chopped
Ginger paste = one teaspoon
Tomatoes = two finely chopped
Turmeric powder = one fourth teaspoon
Coriander powder = one teaspoon
Salt = as per taste
Red chili powder = half a teaspoon
Maggi Masala = a packet
Lemon = half
Green coriander = two teaspoons
How To Make Spicy Sweet Corn Potato
To make sweetcorn’s delicious vegetable, first put a pan on the gas and heat it by adding 2 tablespoons oil to it. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and fry it lightly, slow down the flame so that the spices do not burn.
Now add a pinch of asafoetida, green chili and ginger paste, and roast for a few seconds, then add tomatoes to it. Also, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt and fry the spices till the tomatoes are mashed.
When tomatoes are soft enough, add the sweetcorn and boiled potatoes and mix well while stirring. Cover and cook the vegetable for 5 minutes on low flame so that all the spices get seized well in the corn.
After 5 minutes, open and see our vegetable is ready, turn the gas on a little faster and stir the vegetable. Now add a packet of Maggi masala (Maggi masala will make your vegetable very tasty), add half lemon juice and green coriander and mix it well while stirring. Turn off the gas. Our sweet vegetable corn is ready to be prepared, the fragrance is also very good.
Take out the vegetable in a serving bowl, it is prepared very soon and you can eat it with chapati paratha or puri.
