  • Lemon juice = one tablespoon

  • Vanilla essence = one teaspoon

How to make a mini cake

To make a mini cake, first, mix the baking powder with flour and mix it well. Now keep the flour aside.

Now add butter and sugar powder to another bowl and mix well and beat. Now put an egg in it and beat it, similarly, put the eggs one by one and continue to beat.

Now add oil, vanilla essence and lemon juice and beat it well. When they beat well, add a little maida to it and mix well while stirring. Likewise, add maida in two to three times and mix while stirring.

Our batter is very ready for making a cake. Now take a mini cake mold and put the cake batter in it. Keep in mind, but only half of the mold in the cake mold so that it will flow properly, if you fill the mold up to the top, the cake will not spoil.

Now put almonds and pistachios on top of it and preheat the oven at 180 degrees for half an hour. Place the cake mold in the oven for 30 minutes, take out the cake mold after the set time and allow it to cool, take out the cake from the mold and cut it after cooling.
